YOU I AM
The Kreativ Blogger Award
Bu Jueseppi B.
It is award time once again. Time to pass on the Kreativ Blogger Award to those bloggers who are Kreativ in their endeavors to be the best bloggers in the bloggersphere. I received this award today from a very good friend and even more talented writer, the owner of the blog Work The Dream…Ms. DanLrene. I know of no other who is as warm, loving, and intelligent as Ms. DanLrene. Whenever she publishes a post, I am there to read what she has to say.
I find it a high honor when my peers in writing think my writing is worthy of an award. I say thank you from my heart. Thank you Ms. DanLrene.
These are the rules:
- You must thank the person who has given you the award.
- Copy the logo and place it on your blog.
- Link the person who has nominated you for the award.
- Name 7 things about yourself that people might find interesting.
- Nominate 7 other Kreativ Bloggers.
- Post links to the 7 blogs you nominate.
- Leave a comment on each of the blogs to let them know they have been nominated.
7 Things about myself
I love the Chicago Bulls, White Sox & Cubs.
I speak Sicilian.
I like rain storms.
I am 6 feet 3 inches tall.
I wear glasses.
I hate talking about myself.
I am the best chef I know & I know many chefs.
And my nominees are:
Please stop by and visit these nominees….that is the real purpose of this award. I have received The Kreativ Blogger Award before, but I love accepting awards because it allows me the task of passing the award on to others, letting them know the hard work of opening up your emotions and revealing yourself is much appreciated.
1). The Silver Poet
2). Penny Liberty
3). Cassie
4). sorealtonight
6). Craig Hill
7). VIKRAM ROY
8). cookiemomma
10). sweatlikemambo
11). Manipal’s Photo Blog
I can’t leave comments on blogs, for some reason WordPress thinks I am a big ole square can of potted meat (Spam), and my comments go straight to the spam folder of blog sites, so hopefully these nominees will read this posting on my blog, or if you fellow bloggers could be so kind as to notify my 11 nominees that they have been chosen. I’d be eternally grateful.
Yes, I know I was supposed to nominate 7….I can’t count. Please visit the blogs/sites of these Kreativ Blogger Award winners…spread the love & pay it forward. Thank you.

Talking the President's Progressive Achievements #6 Tax Credits
Reblogged from okieprogressive:
by Terry Gresham
What has Obama done? What happened to HOPE? Where has he been the last couple of years? How is a nation to survive? Where is this guy taking America? Is there anything that this President has contributed to the great institution called America? Are average citizens safe in this country? How are we to get good leadership these days?

Mocha Fudge Ice Cream
Reblogged from Things we make:
Following some testing, tasting and general gluttony I am pleased to introduce you to this Mocha Fudge Ice Cream.
If you read My First Ice Cream post you will know that I was not completely happy with my results from the "Best ever chocolate ice cream" recipe by Cenk Cafe Fernando. Several people who made it ended up with the same super thick texture, so I deduced that Turkish corn starch must be a different beast to British cornflour.

Sandra Fluke and the Kill for/Die for thing
Reblogged from Blue Batting Helmet:
It's a typical Saturday morning, and around my house that means ice skating. My older daughter had a lesson with a coach at one local skating rink, and my younger daughter had another lesson at another rink. It's a good thing that we have two cars and two drivers to acommodate them.
After I drove my little one to her practice, paid her coach, tied up her skates, and made sure she got onto the ice OK, I stood and watched her for a few minutes.
