WOW! What an excellent list of adjectives! LOL ! Very nice!
Oh… you still angry? ROFL! I’ll try not to be a knucklehead then.
heeee…. Nicely played! Nicely played! I gotta go!
Oh and I made the shrimp scampi yesterday? err, uhm… lets just say that you should deshell the shrimp PRIOR to the saute process and THEN I didn’t have dry white wine, I had white merlot, so I used that but all and all, for a first try, it was pretty good
Oh… and I forget to read it so I didn’t have shallots… It’s okay though! Practice makes perfect! It was still edible… 
CuriousMystery….good luck on your first day at work. Congratulations too. Now, always shell the shrimp before cooking, unless you specifically want to get your hands dirty while eating, as in a crab boil, then you shell them as you eat them. Shallots are ok to omit, and the wine is not written in stone either…white wine gives the dish a white color, but any wine that you love would be ok. After all, taste comes before beauty, you’re going to eat it anyway right? I am glad you tried the recipe….and yes, practice does make perfect. Now go to work woman.
I apologize. I wasn’t clear. I was sauteing the mixture to put the shrimp in? And it got slightly burned while I was shelling the shrimp to put into it to cook. Thaaat’s what I meant to say!
Yes I’m leaving now!!!
