Why America Needs A Bigger Stronger Federal Government & A Smaller Weaker State Government

Local state government has proven since the 2010 mid term elections that they are idiots ruled by racist, sexist, homophobic and down right stupid ideas. Outdated and anarchic ideas.

Abortion rights are being removed on state levels. Voting rights are being tampered with on state levels. Women’s health care issues are being challenged and ignored as well as de-funded on state levels. The U.S. Constitution is being tested by those who are leaders in the state houses and by state Governors.

America now has close to 40 states who have filed petitions to secede from The United States because Barack Hussein Obama was re-elected as President of the United States of America. POTUS Obama won the electoral college vote AND the popular vote, a clear mandate to govern. Yet, America has idiots in 40 states insisting that because their caucasian candidate was NOT acceptable for the majority of Americans, they want to secede.

The TeaTardedRepubliCANTS and the GOPretenders have cried forever how a smaller and less intrusive government is needed to prevent meddling in everyday lives. Conselfishservatives say smaller federal government is what the economy needs. Smaller government is how to preserve liberties and freedoms.

Thats all a lie. Untrue. False. Bull feces.

America is and will always be a better nation because the federal government cares, helps and gets involved. For instance, Hurricane Sandy devastated America. FEMA is a federal agency. Without FEMA, the east coast would be no more, as would any and all American states hit by any natural disaster.

Social Security, Unemployment Insurance, Disability Benefits, TANF, WIC, Student Loan Programs are all federal government’s involvement in our everyday lives. Small Business Loans, The FDA, The USDA, The SEC, are all government agencies that the GOPretenders want to repeal and do away with.

Willard Mitt Romney, if he had been elected, would have gutted the United States government of all the agencies and turned them over to “private business”, such as Bain Capital. It’s obvious, according to election results, that the Mitt Romney way of government was not acceptable to America.

It’s time to remove power from the state level, it’s time to give power over America’s 50 United States to The Federal Government, and not half crazed racist sexist homophobic elected state level morons who believe that secession, based on losing the general election, is a good idea.

The U.S. Constitution clearly provides for succession:

Secession in the United States can refer to secession of a state from the United States, secession of part of a state from that state to form a new state, or secession of an area from a city or county.

Attempts at or aspirations of secession from the United States have been a feature of the country’s politics since its birth. Some have argued for a constitutional right of secession and others for a natural right of revolution. “The United States Supreme Court ruled unilateral secession unconstitutional” while commenting that revolution or consent of the states could lead to a successful secession.

If, as an American citizen, you don’t like the results of the general election, where the majority has ruled AND spoken…..pack  up your double-wide trailer, hitch it to your Camaro, your Pick-Up Truck or your Trans-Am and drive to China and get one of Bain Capital’s outsourced jobs working for $1.23 an hour. And you won’t have to bitch about universal mandated health care cause there ain’t none in China. Or you could move to Mexico,  (no mandated universal health care there either), or the Sudan, ( you guessed it, no mandated universal health care here as well), and be happy under regimes that will appreciate your presence.

Americans needs more federal government involvement in our everyday lives. We benefit from a strong and powerful federal government especially in times of need and disaster. As long as working safeguards are kept in place to prevent misuse of government power by corrupt elected officials, American government is a great good thing.

Americans should NOT have to worry, stress over or be concerned with stupid local state governments filing petitions to secede, or filing useless lawsuits challenging ObamaCares, (The Affordable Health Care Act), NOR should Americans be bothered with states denying marriage equality, the right to vote, the right to health care for women, the right to choose abortion, the right to decide for yourselves when and how you live your private lives.

Americans should not have to move from one state to another state because they are not wanted, appreciated or provided basic human and civil rights that the U.S. Constitution provides for ALL Americans, in ALL 50 states.

This Is The UNITED States Of America. NOT The United States Of Confusion & Discord.

  1. Great post. With its flaws, the federal government has done much good in leveling the playing field for ordinary Americans to be free from local tyranny, and to make a decent life for themselves.

  2. Republicans have a really good reason to support stronger federal government: they constantly complain about tons of “job-killing regulations” and a lot of it is out there because 50 different states get to create their own regulations in addition to federal laws. But then, if Republicans started used logic, most would stop being Republicans.

As usual; Mr Jeuseppi is right on target; telling the truth and slamming the lyers and reassuring the confused and mislead. Good read Please do.

  4. Curious if you had the same warm and fuzzy feeling about the fed. gov’t when Bush was in office?

    • Yes I did. For all past Presidencies. The election process is as it should be, we survived 8 years of Dubbya’s dumbass, we still are The United States Of America.
