Beautiful post from Democratic Underground, it’s a pity you didn’t credit the person who created it:

I actually got these photos off the internet from Art.Com, the same place digital underground got them from….pity THEY didn’t credit Art.Com.
And it seems digital underground copied my original post because the photo of Barack and Ali are photos I added to the Art.Com photos….next time get your facts correct.
Asstroll.

Many thanks for putting together this wonderful tribute to these great, black American entertainers and talents, Jueseppi! I see you included my former boss in the list too…Sugar Ray Robinson. Thanks again my friend.
You must tell me the story of “your former boss” one day. That intrigues me a great deal.
I will. In short, he was a wonderful person and a true “gentle” man of many talents.
I will do that. In short, he was a wonderful, talented person and a true “gentle” man.
I didn’t know him personally, but I assumed as mush about him, he was a gentleman in the ring.
Great pictures! Very nice
Thank you Ms. Barbara. Hope you are enjoying a good week.
just think how beautiful humans would be if we put all of the junk behind us. Have you read a Team of Rivals. The movie Lincoln was based on it. movie is best I have ever seen.
I have not seen Lincoln. I used to be a movie buff, spent a lot of time in theaters. It is something I don’t ever do alone, restaurants and movies are best enjoyed with someone. Since I’ve been single the past two years, I wait for movies to come to DVD or Movies On Demand. I will eventually see Lincoln.
I agree with you about restaurants and movies. I can do anything alone but those 2 activities. It is amazing how life affects us, isn’t it? Going with friends this evening to see the Joffrey Ballet perform the Nutcracker. I am very excited. This will be the second time I have been lucky enough to see them dance.
Have fun and tell me all about it when you have time.
