I know my chili's ugly. It's so ugly, it's chili that only a mother could love. It's more of a Miss Congeniality than a Miss Photogenic. Before you start making ugly jokes, may I defend my baby by saying that it's a mild creamy-white chili with a comforting flavor. It's tasty!!
A fast, one-pot meal for any lazy busy mom. Making it, is as easy as picking up a rotisserie chicken at the market and throwing some ingredients on the stove!
Ugly huh....somehow I doubt anything you accomplish can be labeled as ugly.....maybe beautifully different would be a better description. Thank you for this "colorful" recipe.
