Reblogged from The Low Fat Chick:
Stuffed portobello mushrooms are so filling and provide many options when stuffing. I had a craving for stuffed mushrooms but I wanted something with an Asian flavor, so I created this fabulous filling of chicken and veggies. The hoisin sauce adds a sweet flavor and along with red pepper flakes, you get a sweet filling with a hint of spice. You can skip the red pepper flakes and add a pinch of black pepper if you do not want a mild spicy kick.

I am constantly told how strange I am for loving mushrooms lol. This recipe looks positively yummy, will definitely try it! Thanks for sharing.
I have only had mushrooms one time in my life, a restaurant in Belize prepared them with so much garlic, that the woodsy taste of the mushrooms was very subtle.
I love garlic!!
Me too. It’s good to keep an open mind. I have yet to meet a mushroom I don’t like. You might like this but granted it takes patience to make. I make it every Thanksgiving. I took it into work and managed to convert even the most die hard mushroom haters

I love garlic too! Garlic makes everything better!
Except kissing, unless you both are garlic lovers. So nice to see you Ms. Summer, enjoy your Sunday.
