This pot roast recipe from Martha Stewart is one of the most delicious recipes I have ever prepared in a slow cooker. 

I did change a few minor things.

Ingredients for pot roast in a slow cooker:

1 tablespoon of cornstarch

40 baby cut carrots

2 medium onions cut in wedges

Kosher salt and ground pepper for taste…
