1lb/½kg floury potatoes
2oz/50g butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Approximately 4oz/100g plain flour
Butter for filling
Boil, dry and mash the potatoes in a mouli. While still hot, beat in the butter. Season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Work in sufficient flour to bind into a dough.
On a floured board, knead the dough lightly and divide in half.

Thanks for sharing this, I found a potato at a health food store the other day and was surprised at how firm and good it looked, when cooked it was the fluffiest and yummiest potato i had ever tasted… yum this recipe reminds me of my magic potato…..

you just have to keep your eyes open…. you’ll know it when you see it … or more correctly FEEL it they are very firm/hard even and they call you with their shine…. when you bake them…OH MY flUFFFFY xxxx
