A list of websites, email addresses, twitter accounts and phone numbers for the Senate, members of the House of Representatives, and the White House:

Another valuable resource is this website which allows you to FAX for free.  I did not list the fax numbers but the representatives website should have that information.

Americans are forced to bounce from one crisis in Washington D.C., to another. Our elected politicians have no connection with the very voters and American citizens who elected them in the first place. This MUST stop NOW.

Call your local Washington D.C. representative, and voice your concerns. Let them know exactly how YOU feel about this monthly fiasco of fiscal cliffs, and budget battles and debt ceiling issues. On every major piece of legislation there is this mindset that going down to the last possible second before reaching solutions….is the proper way to conduct government business.

E-mail your Washington D.C. elected politicians and voice your desires on how they should represent your ideas, opinions and thoughts on YOUR government. After all, YOU voted for your representatives to speak for you in the halls of Congress.

Writing and calling works if enough of us do it. It is the only way these people will ever hear from us. If they don’t hear from us, they think they are doing just fine. I call or write almost every single day. I even write to say “thank you” for a job well done, if justified.

  3. Great post and I will be sharing, Mr. J.B. Yes, writing and calling works if enough of us do it. It is the only way these people will ever hear from us. If they don’t hear from us, they think they are doing just fine. I call or write almost every single day. I even write to say “thank you” for a job well done, if justified.

    Do it, people!

  4. We can call em and write to em to our hearts content here! Might just as well talk to yourself!!

    • I think we need to call ‘em, write ‘em, fax ‘em and show up in D.C. There is a saying that the squeaky wheel gets greased. We The People need greasing. Yes, I realize that sounded somehow wrong.
