As we move into 2014 we’d like to take a quick look back with you at some of our favorite moments, large and small from the 2013 White House video library. There was quite a bit to choose from, but we were able to narrow it down to 10. Take a look in this years edition of “Best of the West (Wing Week).”

  1. ….”America is at its best when we lift each other up, when we pursue our individual goals while never forgetting that we are bound as one Nation and as one people. If we carry this spirit forward, if we take responsibility for our future leaders and give them the tools to succeed, America’s best days will always lie ahead….”>>Talk that talk President Obama!!! I love IT..Btw my mentee is hanging IN there and I couldn’t be prouder of her..She’s alot to overcome but she’s fighting to hang onto ‘hope’..I’ve learned one of the toughest things to attempt to preach to someone is hope; when they’re in a situation that seems very hopeless. I don’t know whose learning more from our mentor/mentee experience..Her or me.

    • Congratulations to her. Now when R U going on a date girl?

      • Waving Jueseppi! Good morning..Friday evenings have become the night I decompress and just chill..Unless I’m forced to go hang out I don’t…Almost invited someone over to dinner and then decided against it..It was a long, short week..But tonight I’m set to go do something I enjoy..Cheap & fun entertainment for sure, since I’m usually the only sober one there. Karoke!

      • Good morning Bernadette…enjoy your karaoke tonight. ;-)

      • Always! Are you back stateside yet?

      • Going home to Sicily until April, leave tomorrow.

      • Ahhh I’m slipping, ugh! I remembered you were going home; but thought you were due there for New Years(so figured you were already there) Have a safe, relaxing trip & of course stay in touch..There truly is no place like home(or least thats how I feel about New Orleans) so enjoy yourself!

      • I will be in touch just like always. The internet keeps us connected.
