This is a perfect marinade for grilling or baking. If you don’t have sorghum then buy some. Any piece of chicken will work but legs and wings work best if this is an appetizer or party dish.
Sorghum Bourbon Garlic Chicken
- 5-6 chicken legs skin on
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 1/4 cup sorghum
- 1 tbsp bourbon
- 2-3 dashes cayenne pepper hot sauce
Mix everything well and pour over chicken. Marinate for two hours turning chicken every half hour. Place on a roasting pan with sauce and bake at 365 degrees until done, about 30 minutes. Or grill brushing with marinade until done.
