The Dalai Lama is the spiritual and political leader of Tibet. Tibet is a very mountainous country without resources like oil. One night, in the dark, lit only by the night sky, the Chinese invaded Tibet.  Tibetian monks took the young Lama secretly out of Tibet and the Dalai Lama has since lived in exile in India. Many Tibetans have also fled the invasion. Tibetan monks and nuns were murdered and raped. The Buddhist temples were plundered. Why? The Chinese at one point in history had control of Tibet. They decided all these years later that they were  going to take it back from the Tibetans. They brought in Chinese citizens live in Tibet, taking over the villages and government of the Tibetians. The world sat back and watched.  Tibet had nothing to really bargain with and no natural resources to make them worth fighting for. So without an economic…

Two shot after dispute over noise in theater

WESLEY CHAPEL (FOX 13) -

Two people were shot — one fatally — inside a movie theater in Wesley Chapel early this afternoon in an apparent dispute between two couples over noisy texting.

The shooting happened around 1:30 p.m. at the Cobb CineBistro at Grove 16 complex on Wesley Grove Blvd.

According to Sheriff Chris Nocco, an as-yet-unidentified man and his wife were among those preparing to watch a matinee of ‘Lone Survivor’ when the couple got into an argument with the couple sitting in front of them.

“The victim was on his cell phone, he was texting. We believe he was making some kind of noise. This noise led to an altercation between the suspect and the victim,” Nocco explained.

The man in back pulled out a pistol and shot the two people sitting in front of him.

Both victims were hospitalized. The male victim has since died, while the woman suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

A good Samaritan inside the theatre was able to detain the suspect until deputies arrived, the sheriff added. That male suspect is in custody.

Investigators believe the victims and the gunman did not know each other.

“When you hear there’s a shooting at a movie theater, the first thing you think is the worst. But I can tell our citizens this is an isolated incident. These are two people that fate just brought them together today,” Sheriff Nocco stated.

Two hours after the shooting, the suspect was still inside the theater, being questioned by deputies.

“It’s absolutely crazy it would rise to this level over somebody just texting in a movie theater,” the sheriff added.

Thank you FOX 13 Staff.

There is one constant in looking at these schedules/calendars….our elected officials on the federal level work far less days than they have off from the job “we the people” elected them to work in the first place. In other words “we the people” send Senators & Representatives to Washington, D.C. to take breaks and vacations.

There are issues such as Immigration Reform, American Jobs Act, Unemployment Insurance Benefits, Gun Reform, as well as Sequestration & SNAP Assistance work that have been ignored by the 2014 Congressional 113th Congress, 1st AND 2nd Session.

While “they” take off 172 days in the Senate and a whopping 252 days in the House Of Lazy Ass Representatives.

Think about this if you can/will….if YOU worked less than half a year at YOUR place of employment, would YOU receive YOUR FULL salary? Then why the hell are “we the people” electing, sending to Washington, D.C. and paying a FULL salary for politicians who work 112 and 172 days out of 365?

ALL Americans, including your truly, are suckers.
