Congress is a mess and we all know why. Big corporations and big corporations cash. Cash seems to be the prevailing concern for all Congresspeople. Doesn’t matter your political affiliation, race, gender or age. All that is important to our elected political officials is how much money they can make under the table.

One date to remember in “NO”vember is the 4th of “NO”vember, 2014. That is the date of the mid term elections. “We The People” have a chance to correct all that is currently wrong with both Houses of Congress.

House passes bill to end FAA furloughs, now goes to Obama to sign

“A bill that would end the Federal Aviation Administration’s furlough on air traffic controllers is now on its way to President Obama to sign.

On Friday, the House passed the measure 361-41.

On Thursday night, the Senate passed the legislation after most lawmakers had left the Capitol for a weeklong vacation.”

A week long vacation. These assholes just returned from an Easter break. I am so disgustingly sick of Congress I could line ‘em all up and do that famous scene from The Saint Valentine Day Massacre. They approved funding for air travel during this sequestration fiasco which THEY created in the first place.

So they could travel all over America with no flight delays.

While Cancer patients receive no patient care, meals on wheels stops delivering food to senors, child care at our nations headstart and kindergarten programs is cut and federal employees get furloughed.

“We The People” voted for this. No Better For Us.

GOP Congressman Says Islam Will ‘Motivate People To Murder Children’

Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-CA) during a hearing on Friday said that he believes that Islam as a whole is a threat to the United States, labeling it as a religion that will “motivate people to murder children.”

During a hearing he chaired on “Islamist Extremism in Chechnya: A Threat to the U.S. Homeland?” Rohrabacher continually referred to the 2004 Beslan hostage situation — in which Chechen extremists took control of a school in Russia resulting in the death of more than 180 children — as an example of the threat that Islam poses.

We have a Congress sitting on The American Jobs act for over a year now, a bill designed by President Barack Hussein Obama, a bill that would add millions of jobs for Americans. Yet we have time for stupid Benghazi hearings, repeated attempts to repeal “ObamaCares” and this bull shit….Islamophobia.

Here’s something to ponder while debating this false immigration issue & this fear of Islam: The terrorist attacks carried out on American soil & Americans, have all come from borders OTHER THAN OUR SOUTHERN BORDERS. Secondly….the terrorist were in America LEGALLY!

If my memory serves me correctly: The highest number of terrorist attacks on Americans on American soil have occurred at the hands of Americans using NRAsshole approved assault weapons. Columbine, Aurora,  Newtown, a Korean health spa in Norcross, Georgia, Chardon High School, psychiatric hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Oikos University in Oakland, California,  deadly shooting spree in Tulsa, Oklahoma,…..I could go on but in the interest of time and space…..not one of these terrorist was Islamic.

House GOP, Paul Ryan Cut $400M from Embassy Safety Funding

“This sad, ugly attack from the GOP trying to pin the murders of 4 Americans on President Obama is starting to backfire hard.”

“House Republicans cut the administration’s request for embassy security funding by $128 million in fiscal 2011 and $331 million in fiscal 2012….Last year, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton warned that Republicans’ proposed cuts to her department would be “detrimental to America’s national security” — a charge Republicans rejected.

Ryan, Issa and other House Republicans voted for an amendment in 2009 to cut $1.2 billion from State operations, including funds for 300 more diplomatic security positions. Under Ryan’s budget, non-defense discretionary spending, which includes State Department funding, would be slashed nearly 20 percent in 2014, which would translate to more than $400 million in additional cuts to embassy security.”

Makes you wonder just how much our Congress Lies, Misinforms & makes shit up to suit it’s racist agenda.

I think this statement from The Daily KOS says it best…..

“Obama deserves an apology from Mitt Romney and the GOP for using a tragedy to try and smear him when the House GOP voted to cut funding that may have prevented that tragedy.

But once again… I won’t hold my breath.”

The Bottom line is Congress, every last one of ‘em, need to be replaced. We thought the 112th Congress was bad. The 113th Congress is worst than, and just as useless as, warm turtle feces on the rear left tire of an SUV.
