Oklahoma State Guard Marcus Smart Pushes Texas Tech Fan Who Allegedly Called Him The “Nigger-Word.”

By Jueseppi B.

Marcus Smart Pushes Texas Tech Fan – Oklahoma State Basketball player shoves Fan Brawl Video

It appears that the fan that got pushed by Smart is apparently a not-so-nice guy. One Twitter user found what he did to a player during a previous game:

This is the same fan, Jeff Orr, giving Davis, another opposing player from another game, the Italian fuck you sign.

This is the same fan, Jeff Orr, giving Davis, another opposing player from another game, the Italian fuck you sign.

Patrick Wilson @realpatwilson: Dude that Smart pushed was same jackass that taunted BD…
The fan, whose name is Jeff Orr, is regarded as Texas Tech’s No. 1 fan

Video of that can be seen here, as he wags his tongue at the player while also giving him a “F**k you!” gesture:

Ryan Aber @ryaber: Sure this has been said but OSU radio said immediately after the incident that Smart told the OSU coaches that the fan said THE word.

Orr has had a history of heckling college athletes. Utah Jazz point guard John Lucas III still remembers Orr during his college days.

@Luke1luk: I just saw the video that same fan was at the games talking crazy even when I was in school I don’t forget a face he says a lot of crazy shit.
Following that report, Doug Gottlieb of ESPN released some text messages his Texas Tech friend had with Orr. Orr says he didn’t say anything vulgar or the N-word, but he says he said something he shouldn’t have.
@GottliebShow: Jeff Orr to a friend of mine via text “I kinda let my mouth say something I shouldn’t have,I feel bad”

It’s hard to judge if Orr was telling the truth or not. He’s on the losing side right now based off his previous actions. Not sure if Orr would even admit he said the N-word, if he really did. It also seems kinda shady to me that Gottlieb’s friend won’t screenshot the reply either.

Robert Littal of Black Sports Online makes a great point from Gottlieb’s tweets:

@BlkSportsOnline: If he didn’t say anything vulgar or the N-Word. why is he sorry, why does he feel bad? He is covering, sorry not buying it

Amazingly right after Gottlieb’s tweets, an Oklahoma State beat writer confirmed that Orr called Smart the N-word:

@KellyHinesTW: Radio analyst John Holcomb confirms what he said on air: He heard Marcus Smart say the fan called him the n-word.
After that report, Orr was semi-right on his texts to that Texas Tech fan when he said that it was something he shouldn’t have said. Allegedly, he told Smart to “go back to Africa,” or even added the n-word into that. We don’t know, but some of these tweets provide a perspective:
@RockChalkFB: Not confirmed yet, but reports are coming out that the Texas Tech fan apparently said “go back to Africa” to Marcus Smart.
@SportStation_: Orr, the Texas Tech fan Marcus Smart pushed, reportedly told Smart, “Go back to Africa, n*****”, prompting retaliation.
@EricSports: Being reported that Jeff Orr said “Go back to Africa” to Marcus Smart.
Many people are currently in support for Marcus Smart. Duke’s Jabari Parker wrote on Twitter that the “media is giving Marcus Smart a hard time. They definitely casting the first stone for something they know little of. I got your back bro.”
Metta World Peace — who is notorious for beating up a fan during the infamous “Malice at the Palace” incident — offered some words of advice to Smart on Twitter saying that ”all mistakes and missteps are a foundation for improvement. Sometimes the game is so intense, we forget it’s just a game.”
Others, such as former NBA forward Desmond Mason, say there is still no excuse for Smart’s actions:
@dmasonart: Some things are hard to ignore, BUT no excuses! Deal with your consequences. I was called the N word EVERY game I played in Lubbock!

I’m not sure if Smart has ever dealt with racial slurs while he was playing in Oklahoma State, so this could have been first time. We don’t know. But otherwise, it’s pretty understandable on Smart’s end. Jeff Orr is just lucky that Smart just shoved him.

When you’re there saying something a player that’s obviously going to make him mad or get violent, why say it? Someday someone is gonna knock your teeth in, and Orr is lucky it hasn’t happened to him already.

Marcus Smart pushed a Texas Tech fan at the end of the Oklahoma State’s loss to the Raiders for calling him the N-word. Smart pushed the fan, who’s name is Jeff Orr, which ended up in the sophomore guard going to the bench.

Marcus Smart pushed a Texas Tech fan at the end of the Oklahoma State’s loss to the Raiders for calling him the N-word. Smart pushed the fan, who’s name is Jeff Orr, which ended up in the sophomore guard going to the bench.

If “Super Fan” Jeff Orr did indeed call Marcus Smart a nigger, and tell him to go back to Africa, Marcus Smart was justified in shoving his racist caucasian ass. Lets not forget Jeff Orr is an adult & Marcus Smart is a college age young man….not yet reached the maturity level of the grown ass Jeff Orr, who was taunting Marcus Smart with racial slurs. IF He Did So.
Racism has no place anywhere in the world, but especially on a college basketball court during a basketball game.
It has nothing to do with the frustration of a 4 game losing streak. It has everything to do with a caucasian fan using words he has no right using to another human being. And it has been reported, this Jeff Orr has done this before, so it’s not his first rodeo with racism or vulgarity toward opposing teams players.

Racism Exposed: Larry “Klansman” Klayman

By Jueseppi B.

I usually do not waste valuable blog post space on racist redneck crackasses….such as this Larry The Klansman. I happen to catch his appearance on The Martin Bashir show and thought to myself, why would Martin and MSNBC waste airtime on this piece of feces. I went as far as to tweet that very question.

I was rewarded with the majority consensus that people like this Larry “The Klansman” Klayman needed to be exposed. I have a bad habit of assuming people know what I know and are aware of what I’m aware of when it comes to current events.

Freedom Watch’s Larry Klayman on Obama and the Quran

Obama Told To Drop The Quran

Speaker At Rally In DC Tells Obama: ‘Put The Koran Down,’ ‘Get Up Off Your Knees’

Freedom Watch’s Larry Klayman speaks to a group gathered in protest at the World War II memorial in Washington.

Veterans and other demonstrators on Sunday protested at the World War II memorial and other national landmarks and monuments that have been closed by the ongoing federal government shutdown.

The rally, the “Million Vet March on the Memorials,” drew conservative politicians like Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and Sarah Palin, who both spoke at the event.

It also drew scrutiny because of some of the protesters who showed up — including one man brandishing a Confederate flag and another, Larry Klayman of the conservative advocacy group Freedom Watch, who accused President Barack Obama of being a Muslim.

“I call upon all of you to wage a second American nonviolent revolution, to use civil disobedience, and to demand that this president leave town, to get up, to put the Quran down, to get up off his knees, and to figuratively come out with his hands up,” Klayman told the crowd, according to CNN, which has the video.

The protest was part of a furor that has sparked up on the right over the closure of the landmarks. It began on the first day of the shutdown, when a group of World War II veterans were not allowed to enter the memorial. Republican members of Congress subsequently appeared at the memorial — many of them have accused Obama of using troops as political pawns.

The White House has fired back that Republicans are responsible for the closures, and the shutdown, because of their original fight to “defund Obamacare” through the continuing resolution.

One more time……

Freedom Watch’s Larry Klayman on Obama and the Quran.

Now….”We’re not racist when we call Obama a Muslim!”, shouts the TeaBagger. “His father was a Muslim from Kenya!

Then you realize that Barack Sr. was, in fact, an atheist, and Kenya is 83% Christian.

Then you realize that the TeaBagger thinks that because Kenya is in East Africa and there’s lots of black people there, it MUST be a Muslim country. So naturally a native Kenyan’s American-born son MUST be a Muslim as well.

Yep. No racism at all….

About Larry Klayman

Larry Klayman, founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, is known for his strong public interest advocacy in furtherance of ethics in government and individual freedoms and liberties. During his tenure at Judicial Watch, he obtained a court ruling that Bill Clinton committed a crime, the first lawyer ever to have done so against an American president. Larry became so famous for fighting corruption in the government and the legal profession that the NBC hit drama series “West Wing” created a character after him: Harry Klaypool of Freedom Watch. His character was played by actor John Diehl.

In 2004, Larry ran for the U.S. Senate as a Republican in Florida’s primary. After the race ended, he founded Freedom Watch.

Larry graduated from Duke University with honors in political science and French literature. Later, he received a law degree from Emory University. During the administration of President Ronald Reagan, Larry was a Justice Department prosecutor and was on the trial team that succeeded in breaking up the telephone monopoly of AT&T, thereby creating competition in the telecommunications industry.

Between Duke and Emory, Larry worked for U.S. Senator Richard Schweiker (R-Pa.) during the Watergate era. He has also studied abroad and was a stagiaire for the Commission of the European Union in its Competition Directorate in Brussels, Belgium. During law school, Larry also worked for the U.S. International Trade Commission in Washington, D.C.

Larry speaks four languages—English, French, Italian, and Spanish—and is an international lawyer, among his many areas of legal expertise and practice.

The author of two books, Fatal Neglect and Whores: Why and How I Came to Fight the Establishment, Larry has a third book in the works dealing with the breakdown of our political and legal systems. His current book, Whores,is on now sale at WND.com, Amazon.com, BarnesandNoble.com, Borders.com, and all major stores and booksellers.

Larry is a frequent commentator on television and radio, as well as a weekly columnist, on Friday, for WND.com.

Larry has been credited as being the inspiration for the Tea Party movement. (See “Larry Klayman – The One Man TEA Party,” by Dr. Richard Swier.)

In April 2011, Klayman filed a lawsuit against Facebook, accusing the social media website of “negligence” for not responding quickly enough to calls to take down an anti-Israel “Third Intifada” page and demanding $1 billion in damages. Facebook representatives responded that the suit was “without merit.” In December 2012, the district court dismissed the complaint on 47 U.S.C. 230 grounds.

Also in 2011, Klayman represented Joseph Farah in his defamation lawsuit against Esquire magazine. A D.C. judge tossed the case and Klayman appealed the ruling.  In July 2011, Klayman represented Bradlee Dean in his unsuccessful defamation lawsuit against Rachel Maddow; Dean was eventually ordered to pay defendants’ legal fees that totalled nearly $25,000. The case is also under appeal.

In 2012, Klayman filed on behalf of a Florida resident an unsuccessful challenge to Barack Obama‘s placement on the primary ballot and claimed that the latter is not a natural-born citizen.

Klayman is representing families of members of Navy SEAL Team 6, the elite special forces who killed Osama bin Laden, who died after their helicopter was shot down by the Taliban three months later. Klayman contends the Obama administration put the Navy SEALs at risk by disclosing their identity.

Challenge to President Obama

On October 13, 2013, during the partial US Government shutdown, Klayman urged a conservative rally in Washington, D.C. to begin a second American Revolution and demanded that President Obama “put the Quran down … [and] figuratively come out with his hands up”.

Larry Klayman defends Obama-Islam link

Freedom Watch’s Larry Klayman on Thursday defended his controversial speech at last weekend’s rally at the World War II Memorial, saying the response to his comments suggesting President Barack Obama “bows down to Allah” and the Koran underscores “why the truth needed to be said.”

At Sunday’s rally, Klayman, a conservative legal activist, called on the crowd to “wage a second American nonviolent revolution” and “demand that this president leave town.” He also said the United States is “ruled by a president who bows down to Allah.”

“I call upon all of you to wage a second American nonviolent revolution, to use civil disobedience, and to demand that this president leave town, to get up, to put the Koran down, to get up off his knees, and to figuratively come out with his hands up,” Klayman said at the “Million Vet March on the Memorials.”

On Thursday, Freedom Watch said in a press release that Klayman “metaphorically stated that our current president bows down to Allah.”

“He also challenged Obama, who has repeatedly shown his pro-Muslim bias over Judeo-Christian values, to get up off his knees, put the Qur’an down and to figuratively come out of the White House with his hands up and resign,” the conservative political advocacy group stated. “While these references were intended to be metaphoric and not literal, they do ring true nevertheless.”

And Klayman, described in the group’s release as “undaunted and in fact amused by the reaction by the far left and its enablers in the liberal media,” said the response to his comments shows the “left” and those in the “establishment” don’t “want to hear or admit the truth.”

“The strong reaction to my statements underscore why the truth needed to be said,” Klayman said in a statement. “These naysayers do not have the courage of our Founding Fathers, who risked their lives and fortunes for freedom. But there is a groundswell growing to take strong non-violent action to free We the People from the shackles of the political establishment, who have driven the country into the ground.”

Thank you POLITICO

I sometimes find the best way to expose a moron as he/she rolls around in the muck of racism is to allow them to talk. Please Proceed Mr. Larry “The Klansman” Klayman.

Rally At World War II Memorial Ends At The White House….In Violence.

By Jueseppi B.

On October 3rd, 2013 officers fired 17 shots over several minutes before one round killed the driver of an infinity used to ram a White House barrier. 34-year-old Black American woman Miriam Carey, with a toddler in the back seat was killed on the northeast side of the Capitol.

Today, October 13th, 2013 several hundred protesters, incited by Ted Cruz & Sarah Palin, were allowed to remove barriers and storm The World War II Memorial and then take their threatening protest directly to the White House were they were met by DC police. They had the police backed up against the fence and it turned violent…..but never fear, none of these caucasian protesters were shot at 17 times.

This really needs to cease immediately. The media needs to report it and report it accurately. America needs to see what we are dealing with.

Protesters break through barriers, take them to White House

Published on Oct 13, 2013

Demonstrators of the ‘Million Vet March’ made their way to the White House in Washington DC, Sunday, as part of a protest against the closure of the WWII memorial due to the current government shutdown. Marines, soldiers and war veterans carried barricades from the Lincoln memorial to the White House.

One protester said, “They forgot us, they forgot we represent them, they forgot they’re heroes, we’re here to get our benefits back, we’re here to fight for the American people”

Although the event started as a peaceful protest, small clashes broke out after police failed to stop protesters creating barricades around the perimeter of the White House, prompting the arrival of officers in riot gear.

Capitol Police are responsible for protecting the tourists and other alarmed bystanders, as well as multiple branches of government. So where were the Secret Service and DC cops firing shots into these protesters who carried barriers from the WWII Memorial and tossed them at The White House.

Oh wait….these violent protesters were….wait for it….caucasian. Miriam Carey was a Black American woman.

Protesters of the government shutdown began at the World War II Memorial early Sunday morning and ended at the White House gates and fence Sunday afternoon.

The group was upset with the closure of memorials in Washington due to the shutdown stalemate. The original WWII protest was organized by the Million Vet March group, but took on a more political tone.

Now these dumbasses are upset over memorial closures but not veteran benefits being stopped. Not upset over furloughed government workers. Not upset over children & expectant mothers losing WIC benefits. Not upset over millions being cut off government benefits including military support personal. Not upset over the possibility of America going into a financial depression the likes of 1929 in 4 (FOUR) days. They ARE upset over some stupid ass stone statues.

Miriam Carey died ten days ago…. for driving her Infinity into a concrete barrier. These caucasian fucks got to go to The White House and toss steel barriers at the residence of The President Of The United States Of America….and just like George Zimmerman, got to go home.

I have a question for all you caucasians protesters….What would have been the result if Rev Jessie Jackson, Dick Gregory, Rev Al Sharpton, Minister Louis Farrakhan and  Rev Wright would have held a rally at the Lincoln Memorial then led a group of Black men, on a march, carrying steel barricades, to The White House with President George Dubbya Bush in residence?

Would those Black men have been allowed to back up DC police against a White House fence, then been allowed to go home?

Wake The Fuck Up America.

Sadly It’s A Black Thing…… And SOME Caucasians Just Don’t Comprehend. Sadly.

By Jueseppi B.

The Black President Of The United States, Barack Hussein Obama, Said It Best……

“Watching the debate over the course of the last week, I thought it might be useful for me to expand on my thoughts a little bit,” the President said:

“You know, when Trayvon Martin was first shot I said that this could have been my son.  Another way of saying that is Trayvon Martin could have been me 35 years ago.  And when you think about why, in the African American community at least, there’s a lot of pain around what happened here, I think it’s important to recognize that the African American community is looking at this issue through a set of experiences and a history that doesn’t go away.”

“There are very few African American men in this country who haven’t had the experience of being followed when they were shopping in a department store.  That includes me.  There are very few African American men who haven’t had the experience of walking across the street and hearing the locks click on the doors of cars.  That happens to me — at least before I was a senator.  There are very few African Americans who haven’t had the experience of getting on an elevator and a woman clutching her purse nervously and holding her breath until she had a chance to get off.  That happens often.”

“And I don’t want to exaggerate this, but those sets of experiences inform how the African American community interprets what happened one night in Florida.  And it’s inescapable for people to bring those experiences to bear.  The African American community is also knowledgeable that there is a history of racial disparities in the application of our criminal laws — everything from the death penalty to enforcement of our drug laws.  And that ends up having an impact in terms of how people interpret the case.”

This statement by The President hit home, and needs to be the focus of the move against many states that have a Stand Your Ground type law on the books:

“And for those who resist that idea that we should think about something like these “stand your ground” laws, I’d just ask people to consider, if Trayvon Martin was of age and armed, could he have stood his ground on that sidewalk?  And do we actually think that he would have been justified in shooting Mr. Zimmerman who had followed him in a car because he felt threatened?  And if the answer to that question is at least ambiguous, then it seems to me that we might want to examine those kinds of laws.”

Thank you Mr. President, for bringing racism out of the back room and into the forefront of discussion…..until the media has something more pressing to waste out time with.

The complete press conference can be found here….

President Obama discusses Trayvon Martin: The President surprised the White House Press Corps today with an appearance in the Briefing Room to talk about Trayvon Martin and the verdict in the trial following the teenager’s death.

Now…..My Turn……

Caucasian, some, not all but most, just don’t understand, or “get it.”

A humans life experiences impact and shape exactly how that American views America.

Let me be crystal clear for you, if you’re caucasian, and live in America, you’ve never been profiled by the color of your skin, You’ve never been driving in a car, nice/expensive or otherwise, with some of your friends in broad daylight, and been stopped, pulled over, by police.

Just because you and your buddies were Black. Thats called Driving While Black (DWB)

There is a movie named “The Five Heartbeats” where a scene shows the 5 singers traveling across the south from one singing engagement to the next, trying to make it in the music business working “The Chitlin Circuit” as it was called back in the day.

These 5 young men get pulled over by two obviously racist cops, and are made to get out of the car, sit on the curb while their car is searched, their suitcases opened and inspected. Finally to prove that they are indeed entertainers, they are told to “sing something for us.”  The humiliation evident on their faces as they sadly sing their number 1 hit for these caucasian cops, it was an emotionally choking experience to anyone watching that scene.

Caucasians Americans do not experience that. Caucasians don’t know how it feels for a Black man to have a police cruiser pull up behind you and follow you for 5 blocks, while that cop is running your plates, because you are a Black man driving your car to Target to buy some milk & flour for your family.

More From The President:

“And so the fact that sometimes that’s unacknowledged adds to the frustration.  And the fact that a lot of African American boys are painted with a broad brush and the excuse is given, well, there are these statistics out there that show that African American boys are more violent — using that as an excuse to then see sons treated differently causes pain.”

“I think the African American community is also not naïve in understanding that, statistically, somebody like Trayvon Martin was statistically more likely to be shot by a peer than he was by somebody else.  So folks understand the challenges that exist for African American boys.  But they get frustrated, I think, if they feel that there’s no context for it and that context is being denied. And that all contributes I think to a sense that if a white male teen was involved in the same kind of scenario, that, from top to bottom, both the outcome and the aftermath might have been different.”

Thats all the Black America community expects from America, is just and equal treatment under the law. The same life experiences for the Black community as are expected as normal by the caucasian community.

Black men & women live in fear of contact with every day elements that treat us different from caucasian Americans. We fear that our kids taking a trip to the local 711 will end with our children spread on the ground dead, because of their skin color.

We have “The Talk” with our children to guarantee their daily safety.

The Talk

How parents raising black boys try to keep their sons safe

For black parents, the new demarcation between before and after was the moment we watched George Zimmerman walk free after being tried in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin, an unarmed 17-year-old. Before the jury announced its not-guilty verdict, black parents understood what we were up against as we sought to protect our sons. We knew our boys, adored and full of promise, might be treated like criminals by police even though they had committed no crimes.

We were painfully reminded of this danger by the deaths of other people’s sons, like Sean Bell, who was shot and killed on the morning of his wedding in 2006 by New York City police who incorrectly thought there was a gun in his car; or Oscar Grant III, who was fatally shot in 2009 by a transit cop in Oakland, Calif., while restrained and facedown; or unarmed college student Kendrec McDade, who was killed in 2012 when San Francisco police saw him clutching his waistband and assumed he had a firearm. To gird against the danger that could result from our boys’ being profiled, we gave our sons the Talk.

At kitchen tables, during drives to school and in parting words as we sent them off to college, we shared a version of the same lessons given to young black men for generations: “If you are stopped by a cop, do what he says, even if he’s harassing you, even if you didn’t do anything wrong. Let him arrest you, memorize his badge number, and call me as soon as you get to the precinct. Keep your hands where he can see them. Do not reach for your wallet. Do not grab your phone. Do not raise your voice. Do not talk back. Do you understand me?” Parents in communities besieged by gun violence might add a coda, admonishing their sons to come home right after school, close the blinds, stay inside.

These warnings weren’t always heeded, and sometimes they weren’t enough. But they allowed parents to feel that we gave our children a measure of protection against a threat we could identify. When confronted by violent gangs or overzealous law enforcement, we knew these rules of engagement might help keep our sons safe. But in George Zimmerman we saw a new danger, one that seemed utterly lawless.

Thank you Ms. Jeannine Amber & Time Magazine.

The death of Trayvon Martin, the murder trial verdict of not guilty in The George Zimmerman 2nd degree murder trial and The President’s press conference on Friday evening, the 19th of July, 2013, have all formed a perfect storm of racial comprehension for most Americans.

The time is upon us to have a national conversation among those Americans who “get it”, about Racism In America. “Getting it” is just understanding the difference of being caucasian in America and being Black in America.

Nobody in America in 2013 has it easy unless you are wealthy.

Black life experiences differ from caucasians experiences, in America and across the globe. People are just different, and understanding the walk in someone one else’s shoes is fundamental in understanding what it means to be that person.

You may not understand the anger and hurt felt by Americans of all skin colors from this verdict of not guilty in The George Zimmerman 2nd degree murder trial. You may not comprehend the protest nationwide to voice that anger & hurt.

Thats alright. But never think you can tell us to “get over it.”

That ain’t happening.

Sadly….It’s A Black Thing, And You Just Don’t Understand. Sadly.
