Hill sat down for an exclusive interview where he spoke about his new book, “Nobody: Casualties of America’s War on the Vulnerable, from Ferguson to Flint and Beyond.” He revealed that he got the idea for the book after visiting Ferguson following Mike Brown’s death, which he compared to a modern day lynching. Hill added that while waiting on a proposal for the book, similar police brutality deaths took place, prompting him to take a closer look at the situation as a whole.
