  1. As a rape survivor, I would really like to see the statutes of limitations for sexual assault be revised to “none” across the board for all forms of sexual assault. This is a great step in the right direction, but the statutes of limitations bothers me.


      • Now that rape evidence can be kept for 20 years, I think it would be fitting if the statute of limitations reflected that. What’s the point of having evidence that’s say, 19-years-old, if you can’t prosecute the crime because of a statute of limitations?
