Art Exhibition: “Tertulia”


Repeating Islands


Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month, the Trenton City Museum at Ellarslie Mansion will host “Tertulia,” an art exhibition highlighting local and regional Latino, Caribbean, and Latin American artists, including Alvin Quiñones (Puerto Rico; see painting above), David Rivera, José Anico (Dominican Republic), Julia Santos Solomon (Dominican Republic; see sculpture below). The exhibition will be on view September 17-November 13, 2016, and the opening reception takes place on Saturday, September 17, from 7:00 to 9:00pm. The museum is located at 299 Parkside Avenue, in Trenton, New Jersey.
